党的二十届三中全会提出，高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。从高速增长迈向高质量发展，对中国来说意味着什么？将带来哪些机遇？近日，库恩基金会主席、美国知名中国问题专家罗伯特·库恩做客中国新闻网“问答中国”栏目，与北京大学博雅特聘教授、中国经济研究中心主任姚洋就高质量发展等话题展开探讨。

　　姚洋表示，过去十几年间，通过经济结构调整和对高质量发展的重视，中国在许多技术领域取得了显著进展，特别是在人工智能、新能源和新能源汽车领域，中国已达到世界领先水平。未来，中国的经济增长将由研发和技术进步驱动。这种转变不仅对中国有利，也会为世界带来福音，因为中国的创新和技术输出将惠及全球。 (陈天浩 赵丽)
