中国共产党第二十届中央委员会第三次全体会议于7月15日至18日举行，引发国际关注。美国康奈尔大学约翰逊商学院新兴市场研究所主任卢尔德·卡萨诺瓦(Lourdes Casanova)对中国企业未来是否继续会坚持“出海”发出提问，中新网邀请中国对外经济贸易大学国际经济研究院院长桑百川做出解答。桑百川表示，中国将扩大对外开放，中企将继续“出海”，同时，外资经济已成为中国经济的重要组成部分，中国将采取措施，优化外资营商环境。(薛凌桥 陈彩霞)

　　The 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) convened its third plenary session in Beijing from Monday to Thursday. When asked whether Chinese companies will continue expanding internationally, Sang Baichuan, dean of Institute of International Economics at University of International Business and Economics, recently joined China News Network for related interpretation.

　　Professor Sang said that China will stick to its opening-up policy and Chinese companies will continue to invest overseas. With foreign capital becomes an integral part of China’s economy, the Chinese government will take measures to create a favorable business environment for foreign-invested enterprises.
